What the video says
Rosetta was a space probe built by the European Space Agency. The spacecraft launched on 2 March 2004 to study comet 67P.
The total cost of the mission was about 1.3 billion euros. On 25 February 2007, Rosetta passed just 250 kilometres from Mars.
On 6 August 2014, Rosetta became the first spacecraft to orbit a comet. The orbiter then deployed its Philae lander module.
Rosetta spacecraft flew close to asteroid Šteins.
Philae performed the first soft landing on a comet nucleus on 12 November 2014. Two days of battery is brief.
Rosetta orbited comet 67P for 17 months. Onboard cameras captured detailed views of the icy body as the Sun warmed it.
On 30 September 2016, Rosetta ended its mission by hard-landing in the Ma'at region. Some 2,000 people assisted the project.
